Dairy products maker Hatsun Agro today said its board has approved a proposal for buying a feed mill unit of Coimbatore-based VKS Farms for Rs 13.50 crore in an "all cash deal".
"The Board of Directors at its meeting have approved the acquisition of a feed mill unit at Melkaraipatti, Coimbatore belonging to VKS Farms, Coimbatore on out-right basis for Rs 13.50 crore in all cash deal basis subject to completion of due diligence and other formalities," Hatsun Agro said in a BSE filing.
The company would remit the entire purchase consideration directly to the Indian Overseas Bank and the acquisition would be under a private treaty agreement, it said.

Delhi NCR is a big migratory hub now," Nestaway Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer Deepak Dhar told reporters in New Delhi.
The company, founded early this year by NIT Suratkal alumni, also announced the launch of a mobile application for searching and listing of properties. It was earlier operated in Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon where it facilitated accommodation for singles.

The company has announced the launch of its new campaign Dish 99, a package through which customers that are moving to the digital platform can create their own pack.

With this, he can choose the Dish 99 and get access to 125 channels and services in digital quality, and also top it up with a choice of custom-made 17 entertainment add-on packs ranging from Rs 25 to Rs 75 and 5 regional add-ons for Rs 10 each," the company said in a statement.
