Southern filmmaker SS Rajamouli has denied rumours that he has cast Hollywood actor Nathan Jones in his next ambitious project 'Baahubali'.

There were reports that the Australian actor, who is best known for starring in films like 'Troy' and 'Conan The Barbarian', was part of the period drama.

But the director took to Twitter to clear the air about the cast of the film.

"No Hollywood actors are signed for 'Baahubali'. False news again," Rajamouli posted on Twitter.

'Baahubali' stars Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Rana Daggubati. The big budget film will be simultaneously shot in Telugu and Tamil. It will also be dubbed in Malayalam, Hindi and in several foreign languages.

Rajamouli rose to fame in Bollywood after his Telugu film 'Eega' was translated in Hindi as 'Makkhi'. The director's other film 'Maryada Ramanna' was also remade as 'Son Of Sardaar' last year, starring Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt.
