Electrical goods maker Havells India today reported a 4.33% decline in its standalone net profit at Rs 116.21 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.
The company had posted a standalone net profit of Rs 121.47 crore for the same period of the previous fiscal.
Net sales of the company rose to Rs 1,236.22 crore for the third quarter, up 5.29% as compared to Rs 1,174.03 crore during the same period of the previous financial year, Havells India Ltd said in a BSE filing.

During the quarter under review, revenue from lighting and fixtures segment remained flat at Rs 193.99 crore while its electric consumer durables segment reported growth of 11.71% at Rs 230.82 crore.
Shares of Havells closed at Rs 269.05 per scrip at the closing on the BSE, down 2.82% from its previous close.
