Despite being a fitness freak with strict diet regimen and chiselled look, superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee confirms not having hit the health spa trail in his over three decade long career.
"I could have, but didnot perhaps find the time even during tours abroad. I follow a spartan diet which I won't advise anybody else to emulate, and my work schedule entails I don't have time to do anything else, let alone visiting spa which is now coming up in different corners of city," Prosenjit said at the inauguration of the first ever Thai spa in the city.
Pointing out that Kolkata was turning into an international city with spas, resto bars, lounges coming up in downtown areas in sync with its changing facade of regional entertainment hub, the 'Autograph' actor said, "I believe during the stress-full life of present day, everybody, from professionals to those in showbiz needs to unwind and rejuvenate.
"Such places will cater to people from different backgrounds including me," he said before leaving for Mumbai to attend the special premier of Jaatiswar.
The Thai Retreat, bringing in special therapists from Bali, Thailand, offers relaxation like Shiatsu Massage, Rolfing Massage, and Hawaiian Massage and introduce a steam sauna facility for the very first time in eastern region, a spokesman said.
