Actress Hayley Orrantia has been cast as the lead in faith-based "God's Not Dead 2".
Orrantia, 21, best known for her role as Erica in "The Goldbergs" will play a student whose family sues her high school teacher, reported Variety.
Harold Cronk is directing the show, written by Chuck Konzelman and Cary Solomon.
Pure Flix Productions' "God's Not Dead" was a surprise hit last year.
