Advocating demolition of party system, Anna Hazare today said a "second war of Independence" would come about with an organisation to be launched after the Lok Sabha elections which would be successful by 2019 or 2024.

"After 2014 general elections, the name of the organisation, to be set up by people of good character, will be made public in every state at district level and taluka level. We will get success by 2019, else by 2024 by demolishing the party system," the anti-graft crusader said.

Seeking dismissal of all political parties in the country, the "second war of independence" would establish people's rule replacing "contractor and corporate" driven governments, Hazare told reporters here after addressing a farmers' convention 'Jai Kisan Mahasamabesh'.

"We got Independence in 1947, but the rule of the people never came. Parties did not allow democracy to arrive in the country," the anti-graft crusader said.

Holding some political parties responsible for rise in corruption, terrorism, adultery and bullying, Hazare said they should have been dismissed after Independence.

"Mahatma Gandhi had appealed to Congress leaders to dismiss the party. According to the Constitution, citizens of good character should contest elections and citizens should elect individuals of good character and send them to Parliament," he said.
