The state-owned Kerala State Road
Transport Corporation (KSRTC) came in for sharp criticism from the high court today which observed it was unable to function effectively despite the government pumping in funds.
"If things are going on in this manner, it is better to close it down," Justice C K Abdul Rahim observed when a batch of 30 odd petitions came up before the court.
The petitioners, all employees and retired employees, had approached the court claiming service benefits.
