It was also alleged there was no action taken by the management and the missing children have remained untraced.

Justice Vipin Sanghi ordered the take over of the children's home after taking note of Delhi government's affidavit which said the management has failed to provide detail either to the government or the police.

Further, it said it has been decided not to issue certificate to the Sadhu Sunder Singh Welfare Society for running the child care home in Najafgarh.

According to the petition, the Society and its President were allegedly involved in various irregularities and failed to concentrate on the welfare of the children.

The management has failed even to provide basic amenities to orphans who have been staying there.
