Coming down heavily on the state government, the Kerala High Court today directed it to furnish within two weeks the list of endosulfan victims who have been granted compensation.
The government in its affidavit had earlier informed the court that Rs 21 crore had been granted as compensation to 1600 victims.
A division bench, comprising Chief Justice Manjula Chellur and Justice K Vinod Chandran, asked the government to give particulars and details on the disbursement and came down heavily on the government for not supplying sufficient particulars sought by court in its earlier orders.
