The top brass of Patna district administration were today taken to task by a Patna High Court judge whose car got stuck in a snarl caused due to restriction on movement of traffic for Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi's programme at Chitkohra area here.
Irked over reaching the High Court late due to the traffic snarl, Justice Chakradhari Sharan Singh summoned the Commissioner, District Magistrate, Senior Superintendent of Police, City Superintendent of Police and Superintendent of Police (Traffic) to the court.
SP Traffic P K Das said traffic was halted for some time in the area in the morning due to the movement of Chief Minister's carcade. The CM had gone there to garland a statue of social reformer Jagdeo Prasad on his anniversary.

Principal Additional Advocate General Lalit Kishore apologised to the Judge on behalf of the officials who were present in the court at the time.
The Court said in future, programmes which could disturb traffic movement should be publicised in newspapers and Registrar General of the HC should be informed in advance.
