Justice Manmohan Singh, who was sitting in the bench headed by Justice Pradeep Nandrajog, recused from hearing the petition of RPower subsidiary Coastal Andhra Power Ltd (CAPL) saying that earlier he had opted out of hearing a similar matter involving other companies.
The bench referred the matter to the Acting Chief Justice for allocating it before an appropriate bench.
CAPL has filed an appeal against the decision of the High Court's single bench lifting the stay on Andhra Pradesh government's notice. (more)
