Petitioner Pradeep Upadhyaya has alleged that NIA sleuths took away his brother Sudeep Upadhyaya when the latter had gone to Sanver court for some work on December 19.
The application, seeking that NIA produce Sudeep before the court, was heard by the division bench of Justices S S Kemkar and Moolchand Garg.
The court has sought replies from NIA, the Centre and the state on the issue, said Pradeep's lawyer, Anil Ojha.
