The Punjab and Haryana High Court today reserved its order on the bail plea of two former workers of Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) who along with 145 others are accused of rioting in company's Manesar plant in 2012 that led to death of a senior company official along with injuries to several others.
The order was reserved by Justice M M Singh Bedi on the bail plea of the two ex-workers--Kamal and Nitish--who along with others have been lodged in Bhondsi jail in Gurgaon in connection with the violence in July that year.
"The judge has reserved his order on our client's bail plea," advocate Sandeep Singh Ghangas, the counsel for Nitish, said here.

He said Nitish has been lodged in jail along with other workers for the past two years.
Advocate R S Bains, the counsel for the other former worker, said there was no evidence against Kamal in connection with rioting and violence that took place at the MSIL plant.
The plant had witnessed labour unrest on July 18, 2012 during which Awanish Kumar Dev, General Manager Human Resource, was killed while 50 other people were injured.
A case under various sections including rioting and murder was slapped against 147 workers of MSIL.
