Advocate Shivam Yadav, appearing for the petitioner, argued that the permission for Banquet hall was granted by DMRC as per agreement between the two.
As per agreement, if any dispute arises, the Ministry of Urban Development of the central government is the authority to resolve the dispute. Hence, GDA has no power to issue demolition notice, he contended.
