Allahabad High Court today fixed June 11 as the next date of hearing on a PIL seeking direction for a CBI probe into the gangrape and murder case of two Dalit girls in Badaun as Uttar Pradesh government submitted the copy of a notification recommending such an inquiry.
The court's vacation bench here comprising Justices Imtiyaz Murtaza and Rajan Roy fixed the date for the hearing on the PIL filed by NGO 'We the People' through its general secretary Prince Lenin.
On the earlier directive of the court, the Uttar Pradesh government today submitted the copy of the notification recommending CBI probe into the incident through Additional Advocate General Bulbul Godiyal.
