IT company HCL Infosystems today reported a net loss of Rs 37.13 crore for the quarter ended September 2016.
The company had posted losses of Rs 2.86 crore in the corresponding period of previous year.
For the just-ended quarter, total income from operations stood at Rs 1001.62 crore. The same in the year ago period was at Rs 1,469.22 crore.

Following a change in regulations, the company has changed its financial year to April-March instead of the previously followed July-June fiscal.
Hence, the year to date results in the previous year for period ended September 30, 2015 are for three months as against six months for the period ended September 30, 2016.
Therefore, the results are not comparable, the company said in a BSE filing.
