Mortgage lender HDFC today said it has raised Rs 1,000 crore through rupee-denominated bonds from overseas investors.
This is the third issue of rupee-denominated bonds to overseas investors, HDFC said in a regulatory filing to stock exchanges.
The company has raised Rs 1,000 crore through bonds which carries coupon rate of 7.50 per cent payable semi-annually, it said, adding the bonds matures in 2020.
