A 50-year-old Delhi Police head constable, posted in the security of Delhi Assembly premises, died of heart attack today.
On the second day of the Monsoon session, as the House was to conclude, Speaker Ram Niwas Goel informed legislators that one Tanzeer Ali, from the security wing of the Delhi Police, suffered a heart attack earlier in the day.
Goel further added that the policeman died while on way to the hospital.
He expressed sorrow at Ali's demise.
