The son of a Delhi Police head constable was allegedly stabbed multiple times by four unidentified men after his motorcycle brushed past their scooter at south Delhi's Lado Sarai, the police said today.
The incident was reported at around 8.45 pm yesterday when Prince Tewatia (28), son of Head Constable Mukesh Kumar, and his friend Paras Sharma were on their way to Lado Sarai, said a police officer.
Sharma told the police that as they approached the Hanuman temple at Lado Sarai, they saw four persons standing in the middle of the road with their two scooters.

Tewatia dropped Sharma at Lado Sarai and was on his way to his house at Saidulajab, when he was allegedly attacked by the four men with whom he had an altercation earlier.
After stabbing him multiple times, the accused fled the spot, said the officer, adding that Tewatia, however, managed to call up Sharma and inform him that he had been attacked.
Sharma alerted the police, who reached the spot to find that Tewatia had already been rushed to a hospital by the passersby.
Sharma told the police that Tewatia and him were employees of a call centre at Udyog Vihar in Gurugram. They were returning from work when the incident occurred.
The police said Tewatia was thrashed before being stabbed four times in the back, right thigh and hands.
He was admitted to the AIIMS Trauma Centre, they said, adding that he was unfit to give a statement.
The police are scanning the CCTV footage collected from the area and questioning the locals to ascertain the identity of the four accused.
