The accused cop, Tara Chand, is posted with the women police station (west) in Jaipur and his son, Anil, is a jawan with the Home Guards department, an ACB official said.
The duo was arrested on a complaint by one Chotu Lal, who alleged that the head constable was demanding the bribe to solve a case lodged against his son.
After verification of the complaint, a trap was laid and Tara Chand and his son were held while accepting the bribe, IG ACB Umesh Mishra said.
