The headless body of an
unidentified man was found outside a shop in Dakshinpuri area of south-east Delhi here this morning.
Police said that the body, which had several injury marks, was discovered by the shop's owner around 8 AM.

"When the owner went to his shop, he found a sack with blood stains and then called up the police. On reaching the spot, police officials opened the sack and discovered lower part of a human body in it," said a senior police officer.
The officer said that another sack was soon discovered by another resident from a place not very far from the general store. When that was opened, police found another part of the body (human torso). However, the head of the deceased is still missing.
Police said that the accused have tried their best to hide the identity of the deceased, adding that the body must have been dropped there on the wee hours of Sunday. "We have registered a case at Ambedkar Nagar police station and further investigation is on," he added.
