A health camp was organised by an Indian social welfare group in Kuwait to provide free medical assistance to labourers from various countries.

Youth India, with the assistance of Al Rahma Medical Services in Amghara Bachelors city, organised the camp in a bid to benefit those who do not get access to medical facilities due to their busy work schedules.

Workers from different countries including Nepal, Egypt, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippines and Africa benefited from the free consultation and medicine.

Youth India Acting President Nisar K Rasheed supervised the camp. Doctors who took part in the camp included Sabi Seba, Rahul Rajan, James, Aby Mathew, Amlan Bhattacharya and Rajendran.

According to Indian Embassy in Kuwait, about 7.5 lakh Indian expatriates live in the Gulf country.
