Health cards will be issued to all people in Haryana and a checklist of about 30 diseases has been prepared for regular tests, Health Minister Anil Vij said here today.
The tests would be conducted for diseases related to blood, liver and kidney, besides TB.
A decision to this effect was taken in a review meeting of the Department today.
"With this, people would get information about various diseases and department would immediately take preventive measures to cure the disease," said Vij.
He said the state government was mulling introducing 'Atal Jeevan Rakshak Yojana' so as to save those injured in accidents on National Highways in the state.
Under the scheme, fully-equipped ambulances would be deployed in such a manner that timely assistance could be provided.
