The hearing of the alleged sexual harassment charges levelled by a junior shooter against two of her colleagues is over and the a decision on the matter will be taken soon, said Olympian Anjali Bhagwat who is heading the probe panel.

"The hearing is over and we will take a decision soon after taking into account all the circumstances," Bhagwat said here today during the ongoing Asian Athletics Championship.

"But right now I am not in a position to divulge any details," she added.

The hearing took place on Thursday in New Delhi before the athletes' committee of the National Rifle Association of India.

Asked if she had called the accused shooters for personal hearing, Bhagwat said: "As of now I cannot say anything further."

The incident came to light after a junior female shotgun shooter had lodged a sexual harassment complaint with the NRAI against two of her male counterparts during last month's International Junior Shooting Championship in Suhl, Germany.

Acting on the complaint, the NRAI had suspended the duo pending inquiry.
