Hot and humid conditions made life uncomfortable for the residents of the national capital today with the temperature crossing the 35 degree Celsius mark.
With humidity nearing 90 per cent, Delhiites had to sweat it out, moreso with the city did not receiving any rainfall in the day.
The day temperature settled at 36 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal.

As rains subsided here after a wet patch during the last couple of days, humidity levels have continuously remained toward the higher side.
According to MeT department, humidity levels oscillated between 59 and 87 per cent during the day.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal.
Yesterday, the day temperature had settled at 34.7 degree Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.7 deg Celsius.
"There will be generally cloudy sky tomorrow. Very light rain or thundershowers may occur in some parts of the national capital. Maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to settle around 34 and 26 degrees Celsius, respectively," said a MeT official.
