Heat wave conditions continue in Mizoram

Heat wave continued to torture people of Mizoram as the state observed Earth Day today.

Temperature soared to a maximum 34.6 degree Celsius to a minimum of 19.3 degree Celsius here today, Chief Scientific Officer of state Science and Technology Dr Vanlalzara said.

The temperature was a drastic change from a minimum of seven degree Celsius and a maximum of 14 degree Celsius on February 17 last.
