Heatwave conditions prevailed in Jharkhand today with steel city Jamshedpur sizzling at 45.6 degrees C.
Medininagar, the headquarter town of Palamau, recorded 43 degree C, while Ranchi, erstwhile summer capital of Bihar, touched 41.2 degree C.
The weatherman said the condition would continue in Jharkhand for the next two days with severe heatwave in isolated places.
On the third day, heatwave conditions would prevail in many places, the weatherman added.
