Heavy rain lashed parts of Rajasthan today with Bhinmal in Jalore recording the highest rainfall of 16 cm.
Sheoganj area of Sirohi district received 8 cm of rain.
Isolated places in Bharatpur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Jaipur divisions received heavy rainfall while other areas barring Bikaner divisions recorded light to moderate rain since yesterday, the MeT department said.
Viratnagar (Jaipur), Deogarh (Rajsamand) , Pahari (Bharatpur), Sumerpur (Pali) and Erinpura (Pali) recorded 7 cm of rainfall while many other places received below 7 cm of rain.
Dabok and Jaipur recieved 29.4 mm and 2.3 mm rain, it said.
The department has predicted heavy rainfall at few places in the state tomorrow.
