Police are now seeking the video footages from media which covered the raid, besides planning to take the CCTV footage at the pub to identify the escaped revellers.
According to deputy police commissioner, Ravindra Shisve, LIV Club in Kalaghoda in south Mumbai was open till around 2:30 AM today, beyond permissible time of 1.30 AM.
The club was raided and all the revellers, along with the owner and two managers were brought to the MRA Marg police station.
While 21 people, including owner and managers were fined Rs 1,200 each, a lawyer, Archit Jaykar and one more person identified as Hritik Bhasin started arguing with police.
"It was not clear if Jaykar and Bhasin were also revellers or they came in support of revellers, but they started arguing and during that time others sneaked out from the police station," said the officer.
Jaykar and Bhasin were booked under relevant sections of the IPC, which makes their arrest inevitable, police said, adding that investigators were looking for escaped revellers, who may also be booked under IPC sections, besides inviting fine of Rs 1200 each.
