The Ministry of Railways has set up a new helpline number 1322 for the convenience of passengers and travelling public.
The line is to be used for reporting any unsavoury or difficult situations during journey.
Passengers can make use of this helpline number to report any undesirable situations during their train journeys, a press release here today said.
