Actor Liam Hemsworth has reportedly moved into a new bachelor pad after splitting from fiance Miley Cyrus.

Hemsworth's parents purchased the property in Australia for their son late last year for USD 1.6 million.

The 6.2 acre ocean-view property is surrounded by sand dunes with three bedrooms and two-bathrooms.

A source said that the "Hunger Games" actor has been staying in the space as he continues to spend time away from Cyrus, reported New York Post.

The 23-year-old was allegedly spotted buying items for the home, including household cleaning products as well as food and beverages for his home.

Another insider said that Hemsworth is in a "relaxed mood."

"He doesn't seem especially sad (or) happy. "e seems to be enjoying seeing his family as far as we can tell," said the source.

Cyrus, meanwhile, has been working on her fourth album in Los Angeles. Days ago, the former "Hannah Montana" star was photographed outside a recording studio without her engagement ring.
