Hero MotoCorp sales rise marginally in Jan

Country's largest two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp today reported a marginal increase in sales at 5,63,348 units in January.

The company had sold 5,58,982 units in the same month last year, Hero MotoCorp said in a statement.

Riding on the success of its scooter range, the company continues to expand its market share in the segment, it added.

In January, Hero MotoCorp sales grew by over 20% in scooters as compared to the corresponding month last year.
