Security forces were on routine patrolling along the International Border, when some suspicious activities of farmers were noticed, Director General of Punjab Frontier, BSF, Aditya Mishra said.
On inspection, BSF found three packets each containing one kg of heroin, he said, adding, the seven farmers were arrested.
