Bruzone, the 45-year-old UEFA A Pro Coaching Licence holder, is a former player and U-14 coach of Spanish second division Pro League club R C Celta De Vigo.
Bruzone will be duly assisted by Delhi-based AFC qualified coaches.
The academy-cum-coaching centre is set to be operational in the month of July, 2012, a statement from the HFA said.
It will be the first professionally managed academy-cum-coaching centre and essential provisions like kitting, refreshment and group insurance would be made available.
