The Head Master of a primary school in Tirupur district was today placed under suspension following complaints of attending school after drinking alcohol and misbehaving with the students.
The students and their parents of the school in Kattupalayam in Perumanallur, about 60 Kms from here, have lodged complaints with the the Education Department about the matter Kennady.
He used to ask the students to clean the toilets and also sleeping during the class hours, the complainants said.
After carrying out an inquiry, Tirupur District Primary Education Officer placed Kennady under suspension, police said.
