Homage paid to Annadurai

Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy paid homage to late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C N Annadurai on the occasion of his 45th death anniversary today.

Rangasamy was accompanied by his cabinet collegues, legislators and representatives of different wings of the ruling AINRC to pay tributes at the statue of Annadurai at Odiansalai.

A silent procession to garland the statue of the late leader was taken by scores of volunteers of Puducherry unit of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam(DMK) from AFT thidal.

AIADMK's Pudhucherry State unit secretary and A Anbalagan, MLA, led his partymen in a silent procession from the party headquarters at Uppalam to pay tributes to Annadurai.
 

MLAs and representattives of various wings of the local unit of AIADMK party garlanded the statue.

Delegates of a number of organisations also paid homage at the statue.
