Honeywell has been selected by Kuwait National Petroleum Company to provide the Integrated Control and Safety System for its new 615,000 barrel-a-day Al Zour refinery complex.
It will also provide the front-end engineering design for the system, Honeywell said in a release.
This would be Kuwait's fourth and the largest refinery in the entire Middle East. It is expected to be operationalised in 2018.
