Honor Challenges Users to Outlast the Honor 8C Battery Power Through Powerathon Challenge

Honor, the leading smartphone e-brand under the parent company Huawei Group has partnered with India's leading radio channel, RedFM for kick-starting Honor 8C social campaign - Powerathon. The campaign will go live on 7th December 2018, 10am on Honor's social handles (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube). The creative social campaign will highlight the supremacy of the Honor 8C 4000 mAh battery by putting it to the test.

Honor recently launched the Honor 8C smartphone which is 'Packed with Power' and now the brand is ready to put it to the test through a live social video. The Honor Powerathon challenge is for consumers and viewers to call on the number 91-9873-637-637 and test the battery of the Honor 8C by receiving multiple calls. Users who call will be greeted by a voice prompt and the line will get cut, callers will get an acknowledgement sms thanking them for the call. Honor has partnered with radio channel RedFM to promote the challenge.

The Powerathon challenge will set its track through leading RJs of India, a few of them being Bauaa, Bairagi, Dilli ke Kadak launde Kisna aur Aashish, RJ Swati, RJ Heena, Kolkata se RJ Pravin aur Kanpur se RJ Purabby. Honor is inviting all consumers who are tuned in to call on +91-9873-637-637, which will be an Honor 8C smartphone and every 50th caller will win an exciting prize from Honor. To make the activity even more interesting, the team at RedFM will be taking the viewers through the most powerful moments of Sports, Gadgets, Movies, Bollywood Debut, Tweets, and start-ups of 2018. Also, there will be 6 bands performing live to entertain viewers.
