"If anyone is not satisfied with the verdict of the court he can go in for appeal in a higher Court," the Chief Minister said.
Hooda said that the case was registered by the CBI in 2003 when the NDA was in power at the directions of the Supreme Court.
Five times former Chief Minister Chautala, his elder son Ajay, two IAS officers Sanjiv Kumar (the complainant) and Vidya Dhar and 51 others were awarded varying terms by Special CBI Judge Vinod Kumar in the teacher's recruitment scam today in Delhi.
However, Chautala's younger son Abhay said that the Congress had hatched a conspiracy through the CBI to target Chautala senior.
"We will go in for an appeal in a higher court where we are certain Chautala will be exonerated as no wrong has been done," he said.

He cited several examples to buttress his claim.
"CBI had always been used by the Congress against its politically strong opponents in various states including Jagan Reddy, who was clean as long as he was with the Congress in Andhra Pradesh, Mayawati and Mulayam Singh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh and Jayalalitha in Tamil Nadu," he claimed.
"Today in our case the CBI has succeeded, but we are hopeful of getting justice in a higher court where we will file an appeal against the Rohini Court's order," he said.
