"For the last three years not many office bearers have held meetings in the villages, then how can anybody expect dividends in the upcoming Lok Sabha and assembly elections?" he asked.

He directed them to hold regular meetings in villages for the next two months and tell people about the achievements of the Congress government in the state.

"If you will go to the villages then you will come to know of the problems people are facing and as a feedback when we will come to know of them, then we can effectively redress these problems," Hooda said.

He laid down a time bound programme for office bearers to reach out to the people.

The block level, district level and constituency level chiefs of the party were asked to report their meetings and its impact on the voters in the form of feedback to their party leaders after which final reports must reach the HPCC Chief Phool Chand Mullana by September 15.
