In his message on the eve of Republic Day, the Chief Minister greeted the people on the historic occasion and paid tributes to the known and unknown freedom fighters.
The Chief Minister said effective measures have been initiated in his tenure to ensure social justice to all, development of rural areas on par with urban areas and creation of a world class infrastructure.
Efforts were being made to develop Haryana as a trend-setter state and a destination of ultimate choice for investors, he said.
