Hot and humid weather persisted in the national capital today as the mercury remained two degrees above the normal.
The day temperature settled at 36.0 degree Celsius which was two notches above normal, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 27.0 deg C, normal for this part of the year. Met officials said.
The humidity level oscillated between 56 and 95 per cent. There was no rainfall in the region today.
The weatherman has predicted generally cloudy sky with light rains in some areas tomorrow. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to remain around 36 and 26 deg C respectively.
