Hot weather conditions continued in Rajasthan with Kota being the hottest place in the state with 43.8 degrees Celsius, MeT officials said today.
Churu recorded 43.2 degrees Celsius, Barmer 42.1 degrees Celsius, Bikaner 41.7 degrees Celsius, and Jaisalmer and Ganganagar 41.2 degrees Celsius each.
The city recorded a maximum of 40.9 degrees Celsius, Pilani 40.8 degrees Celsius and Ajmer 40.3 degrees Celsius.
The MeT department has predicted light rain and thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds at isolated places in the state.
