It was a hot morning in the national capital today with the minimum temperature settling at 28.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal.
Relative humidity was recorded at 44 per cent at 8.30 AM, a MeT department official said.
The sky will remain partly cloudy during the day and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 41 degrees Celsius, he has said.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 41 and 26.5 degrees Celsius respectively.
