Hospitality major Hotel Leelaventure today reported widening of its net loss at Rs 125.04 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 100.59 crore in the same period last fiscal.
Net sales during the period under review stood at Rs 213.6 crore as against Rs 202.01 crore in the year-ago period, Hotel Leelaventure said in a filing to the BSE.
The company's overall expenses during the quarter rose to Rs 208.56 crore as compared to Rs 197.98 crore in the same period last fiscal.
In view of the seasonality of the business, the financial results for the quarter and the nine months ended December 31, 2014 are not indicative of the full year's performance, Hotel Leelaventure said.
Shares of Hotel Leelaventure ended the day at Rs 21.35 per scrip, up 0.71 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
