"Those who had constructed houses without having their designs approved should get their designs regularised within a time frame," Munda said while reviewing works of Urban Development Department and Drinking Water and Sanitation Department.
He asked the officials to penalise those not getting approval of their design within the time limit.
He directed the officials to finalise a master plan for the Ranchi city area within three months and upload it in the government website to enable the people to study the road network plan.
Asking all tender-related matters to be through online, Munda said the government website should remain updated.
Stressing on the importance of water harvesting system, Munda asked the department concerned to ensure all such projects should be implemented.
