Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh's winter sojourn in the lower areas of the hill state will begin here tomorrow, during which he will lay foundation stones for a number of projects and inaugurate a series of developmental works.
During the first-phase of his sojourn, which is for seven days, Singh will inaugurate a series of development works in Dharamshala assembly constituency, an official here said.
He is also scheduled to visit Nurpur, Indoura, Fatehpur, Bhatiyat, Palalmpur and Baijnath Assembly constituencies.
The dates of the second phase of the Chief Minister's winter sojourn will be announced later, the official said.
