Talking to a delegation of Balmiki community, Dhumal said socio-economic upliftment of weaker and underprivileged sections of the society was a priority of the government and it had demonstrated its will and commitment to these sections by taking numerous steps for their betterment during past four and half years.
Directing the authorities of Urban Development Department to resolve all genuine grievances of the community on priority basis, he assured the delegation that all their genuine demands would be considered sympathetically.
