The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association today welcomed the high court's interim order restoring "status quo ante" in respect of the takeover of its lands and properties by the state government.
"It's a victory of all the members and constituents of HPCA, their combined efforts and hardwork... Above all it's a victory of the game of cricket and all its stakeholders in the state," Association president Anurag Thakur said in a press release here.
"We reaffirm our commitment towards the development of the the game in Himachal," he said, adding "we are committed to provide world class facilities to the players of the state and create more infrastructure for them.
