Keeping in view the increase in number of students seeking admission to colleges for higher education every year, Haryana government has decided to raise the number of seats in government colleges in the state by 20 per cent.
Announcing this, state's Education Minister Rambilas Sharma today said a decision in this regard was taken at a meeting with senior officers of the department.
He said a web portal of higher education department would be launched tomorrow where students would be able to get their grievances redressed promptly.
